The MTech Build Process
Every engine is assembled inside our clean room environment where precision is controlled down to the gram. Each rotating assembly is balanced using professional fixtures and measurement tools to ensure consistency across all cylinders.
Critical tolerances such as bearing clearances, piston wall clearance, and ring gaps are measured and set based on our internal specifications developed from real-world testing.
