We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. All purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. We may contact you for additional information if required to process your order.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on the site are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via secure third-party processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, credit/debit cards). You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and delivery times vary by product and destination. M-Tech Performance is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control. Please review our shipping policy for details.

7. Warranty

We offer a 30-day limited warranty on all in-house manufactured products (such as downpipes, exhaust systems, wiring, and fuel-related items), covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, or modifications. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims. Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. See our warranty page for more information.

8. Returns & Restocking Fees

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. Certain products (e.g., ECU tuning, installed/used items, special orders) are final sale and not eligible for return. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services not controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party products or services is at your own risk.

10. User Submissions & Feedback

If you submit feedback, reviews, suggestions, or other content, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and share such content without restriction or compensation. We are under no obligation to maintain confidentiality or respond to any submissions.
