At M-Tech Performance, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

You have 10 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Be in the original packaging.
Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Items returned after the 10-day window will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee helps cover the costs associated with inspecting, processing, and restocking the item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

ECU Tuning: ECU tuning is a digital product and considered final sale. Due to its nature, no returns or refunds are allowed for ECU tuning.
Used or installed products.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@m-techperformance.com within 10 days of your purchase. You will need to provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond with instructions on how to complete your return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be issued within a reasonable period (usually within 5-7 business days) after approval, minus the 5% restocking fee.

If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days after approval, please check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
